OBSIDIAN SKY DISTRO

United States military and intelligence organizations control access to the most sensitive, classified information by compartmenting it within what is known as a Special Access Program. In order to gain access to a Special Access Program, and the information within, one must be officially "read in" by receiving a special briefing and adding their name to an access list. Once on that list, they are eligible to receive new and developing information relating to that Special Access Program by being added to the associated distribution list or "distro."
